About Chuck

Located in Sherman, TX. We operate a grassfed and grassfinished retail beef business called Prairie Farmstead. We learned quickly that SP steers finished well for us and started a small cow/calf herd, utilizing SP genetics. Our focus is on the eating experience and bringing the best beef to our table, year after year. We are no frills, low input operation. Our cattle are not pampered in any way or fashion, with no supplementation other than hay in the winter, salt and mineral.
