About Mike
Mike and his wife Judi of 37 years are the 4th generation farmers on his home farm located in North Carolina. Mike through seeking a more conducive bovine to fit the Humidity/Heat and 100% fescue environment that he lives in ---- started converting to South Poll Cattle in 2007 and is currently 100% Registered South Poll Cattle. Mike grew up farming tobacco, row crops and beef cows and the past 30 years co-jointly farmed and managed off farm operations in textiles and healthcare. He has recently left the off farm operations and is currently farming full time. Mike implemented rotational grazing in 1998 and has continued to strive to improve the soil and implement regenerative methods.
