DOU 19 (SP Reg # 59798) is a beautiful purebred cow born May 2023, at 59 lbs birth weight. She is a gentle red cow that raised a solid calf in Spring 2025 on three teats, but didn’t breed back as a first calf heifer, so she is presently open. Despite this, she came from a good annual calving mother and has a strong foundation, with a pedigree going back to Rock Creek Farm, Bent Tree Farm, and Sassafras Valley Ranch with animals including Cassanova and Brutus. She could slip nicely into a fall calving herd or otherwise.
