Solar Cows at White Horse Ranch

We're a family farm established in 2021 in the semi-arid West Central Texas region. We began raising and finishing South Poll steers for grass fed beef regeneratively in an area where almost all ranching is done in a more traditional manner. We've found that by doing this we've been able to keep our cattle on pasture and use minimal hay even through recent droughts that forced many to sell off in our area due to lack of forage. This year we're starting a new chapter with the birth of our first full blood South Poll calf. We can't wait to see what the future brings!
