Welcome to South Poll!

Ready to get started? Whether you're a new member or a returning one, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know to set up your account, activate your membership, and publish your first classified listing.

To access your account:

Select the Account Login button in the top left corner.
If you’re new to South Poll, complete the registration form on the right side.
If you’re a current South Poll member who has paid dues for 2025, we’ve already created an account using your email. However, for security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password.

To reset your password:

Click Forgot your password below the login form.
On the resulting page, enter your email and select Reset Password.
Check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an email from us, and follow the instructions.

💡 Troubleshooting Tip:
If you encounter an “invalid username or email” message, contact us at info@southpoll.com for assistance.

Once your password is reset, you’re ready to log in!

After logging in, you’ll land on your My Account page, where you can manage your farm page and publish classified listings.

Before accessing these features, you’ll need to activate your membership:

Scroll to the bottom of the Membership Report widget and click the link to purchase a membership.
On the resulting checkout page, select one of the following options:
- Paid Online Membership
- Pre-Paid Membership Option (for members who have already paid their 2025 dues)

✅ Note:
The pre-paid option operates under the honor system for a limited time while we transition to the new site. However, South Poll reserves the right to revoke memberships for unpaid accounts.

In the future, this system will manage all memberships and collect dues online—stay tuned for updates!

Once your membership is active, it’s time to set up your farm page:

Go back to My Account and select Farm.
On this screen, you can manage the content that appears on your farm page. Be sure to:
- Upload a beautiful banner image and your company logo.
- Add a slogan and any important details about your farm.
- Include your full address in the Farm Address field to ensure your farm is searchable in the South Poll member directory.
- Add your social media pages at the bottom.

Once you’ve uploaded all the details, your farm page will be searchable on the South Poll membership page, just like on the old site.

After completing your farm page, you can publish your first classified listing:

Select My Listings from the left sidebar.
On this page, you can:
- Manage existing listings.
- See how many views or clicks your listings have received.
- Create a new listing.

To create a new listing:

Click “Add Listing” in the top right corner.
Fill out the listing form with your content and photos.
Submit your listing.

⏱️ Review Process:
Within 1-3 business days, our team will review your submission. Upon approval, your ad will be visible to all website visitors and displayed on your farm page.
