Registering or Transferring Cattle Via Mail?
If you prefer not to use the online Cattle Registry, please complete this form to submit your cattle registration records. Once the form is fully filled out, you can either email it to our office or send it by mail to:

Cattle Registry Fees

Registration Fees
If you are registering an animal, see below for fees.
- Members: Percentage, Purebred, Fullblood
- $20 under 2 years of age
- $35 over 2 years of age
- Non-members: Percentage, Purebred, Fullblood Cattle
- Registration $40 (any age)
- Registration Certificate Correction $2.00/each
- At the discretion of the Board, an extra administration fee of $10/head may be billed to members or nonmembers for incomplete registration information
- Registration fees may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Board

Transfer Fees
If you are transferring an animal to a new owner, see below for fees.
- Members: percentage, purebred and fullblood transfers.
- $20 per animal
- Non-members: percentage, purebred and fullblood transfers.
- $40 per animal
- It is the responsibility of the seller (or sales agent) to apply for and pay for the transfer of all animals. The Association will no longer process any transfer requests from the buyer. Additionally, failure to transfer and(or) transfer applications made after 6 months from the date of sale are subject to temporarily revoked membership rights
- A seller (or sales agent) that fails to provide the Association with application for transfer of a certificate of registration within 6 months of the date of sale and upon written notice to the Association by the buyer on or after 6 months of failure of transfer by the seller, will be contacted as to the basis for the failure and to seek resolution. If the seller does not timely respond to the Association’s request, the seller is subject to temporary suspension of the rights and privileges of membership including processing registration or transfer applications. The temporary suspension will expire upon receipt of the transfer application(s) and full payment.
