We are a new, first-generation family homestead raising Fullblood South Poll cattle in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We currently keep 4 “mamma” South Poll Cows, and raise their calves, sheep, pigs, and some chickens. With our 5 kids helping us manage the animals, we are learning as a family each day. The cattle love to run around and are rotationally grazed, year-round using hot wire. Our South Poll cattle are easy to care for and are a beautiful blessings.
