Persimmon Ridge Farm

We are an off-the-grid, solar-powered, regenerative homestead in Silk Hope, NC. We integrate rotationally grazed cattle and sheep, pastured chickens, and perennial and annual crops to feed ourselves and share the bounty. We test our garden and pasture soils and amend with organic amendments to ensure our vegetables and meats are full of the nutrients and minerals that help you thrive.
